Current Bid Opportunities For Healthy Homes
Newberg Area Habitat for Humanity is seeking qualified subcontractors for projects funded by the HUD Healthy Homes Production Grant in our service area, which includes Newberg, Dundee, Sherwood, St. Paul, and Dayton. Work may include mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services; roofing; framing; flooring installation; radon and lead testing; and other activities to mitigate health and safety hazards in homes and on properties. This work is expected to continue through September 30, 2026.
