Our current project can be found in the 700 block of College Street, in the heart of Newberg. We are collaborating with the families who will be the future owners of these homes.
This project is located at the intersection of 5th Street and Chehalem Street, Newberg. One of the two-story homes will be designated as a “Veterans Build”; the selection of partner families for these two units has not started.

Dundee Commons is an innovative joint project in Dundee. Newberg Area Habitat for Humanity offers its extensive experience in assisting qualified low-income families in constructing and owning safe, affordable housing. Head Start of Yamhill County provides comprehensive early learning programs designed to benefit low-income children and their families. Newberg First United Methodist Church will contribute the land for this project
Together, these organizations will develop a three-story building in downtown Dundee, which will feature two Head Start classrooms capable of supporting 30 to 50 children through free preschool and family services. The project will also include four three-bedroom homes, built by Newberg Area Habitat for Humanity, which will be sold to our partnering families.
